A social study was carried out few years ago on crowd psychology which looked at how large crowds of moving people resemble a similar flow as water in a river. Avoiding obstacles, people will naturally start to follow each other through them almost subliminally. I discovered a immense facination with how these studies have evolved in how cities have changed to accomodate such movements at peak hours and also how people can be more easily guided towards a destination. This collection highlights images shot from high vantage points over large urban areas featuring streets and roads that can resemble rivers flowing through forest of tall trees.
